OpenVox D230E cause 27

Приветствую всех присутствующих!
Пришел с вопросом.
Имею карту OpenVox D230E на PCE-E.
Вставлена в сервак DELL PowerEdge 730
Все определилось, модули загрузились, конфигурация сгенерилась.
Имею проблему с sig_pri.c: Span 1: Channel 0/1 got hangup, cause 27 (Destination out of order)
Дозвон через любой таймслот показывает занято.
Может уже замылился глаз, прошу помощи.

Модуль dahdi
В системе определяется как:
из файла dahdi-blacklist.conf выключил #blacklist wct4xxp
system.conf
Да и echocanceller, был пробовал включать/выключать выключил потому что ругался на
dahdi-channels.conf
в chan_dahdi.conf добавил только #include dahdi-channels.conf
extensions.conf
в Астериске
